We aim to ship your order from our UK warehouse within 48 hours of you placing an order with ourselves. This is dependant on stock availability within our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm whether the order is in picking or needs to be placed on order.

The carrier cost for the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands is set at £20.00. This rate is exactly what we get charged by the couriers, no additional cost is added on.
The following postcode areas are considered a part of the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands:
Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Deliveries to offshore locations are restricted to a maximum of 30kg in weight and 1 metre in length. Parcels outside of these restrictions will have to be shipped using alternative methods which could result in increased delivery costs.
You will be contacted if your order is affected by this, and given the chance to change delivery address, or cancel the order, should you think the shipping cost is too high.
All orders shipped overseas are sent by a tracked service requiring signature.
Please Note! We cannot ship fragile items such as hob tops, oven/cooker door glasses and fridge shelves, etc. overseas as they cannot be insured.
Europe
For all European destinations up to £29.99 (excluding Iceland), DPD Lite Economy Service can be selected, for 'Euro Zone 1' destinations £30.00 and above DPD Express Service will be used. Euro Zone 1 destinations are Republic of Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
For orders £30.00 and above outside of 'Euro Zone 1' shipping will be advised, the cost will be emailed to you after the order is placed once ready to leave as it is obtained using the exact size and weight of the parcel. All other countries aside from the above are categorised as 'other overseas destinations'. Please allow a period of 4 weeks before a claim can be made for none delivered goods, we cannot resend goods until this period has expired.
Important! Now the UK has left the EU overseas parcels will be subject to a customs charge upon entering your country. The charge would be the buyers responsibility.
